• Planning and organizing sales projects
• Coordination, distribution, and supervision of work among sales personnel
• Responsible for monitoring sales personnel’s KPIs and accountable for their performance and results
• Development of product pricing and discount strategies
• Analysis of statistics and reports to understand the sales behavior of different products
• Development of sales strategies for products with different sales characteristics and behavior
• Responsible for attending to customers’ needs and ensuring customers satisfaction
• Participation in exhibitions and conferences to network with existing and potential clients (domestic and abroad)
• Periodic visits and meetings with the customers and building professional relationships with them
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a sales or marketing manager
• Experienced and knowledgeable with b2b business models
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Professional, courteous, and agreeable manner
• Experience and working knowledge with CRM systems
• Experience and working knowledge with Microsoft Office
• Energetic and self motivated
