Job Description
• Planning and organizing sales projects
• Coordination, distribution, and supervision of work among sales personnel
• Responsible for monitoring sales personnel’s KPIs and accountable for their performance and results
• Development of product pricing and discount strategies
• Analysis of statistics and reports to understand the sales behavior of different products
• Development of sales strategies for products with different sales characteristics and behavior
• Responsible for attending to customers’ needs and ensuring customers satisfaction
• Participation in exhibitions and conferences to network with existing and potential clients (domestic and abroad)
• Periodic visits and meetings with the customers and building professional relationships with them
