Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies across various models (capillary, wholesale, network) Lead, manage, and develop the sales team Expand market share in Home & Kitchen and Mother & Baby products Analyze market trends and competitors and report insights to management Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
