Teb Polymer Asia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand its market presence and lead sales strategies in FMCG and capillary distribution channels. This role is key in driving sales performance and team development.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies across various models (capillary, wholesale, network)
Lead, manage, and develop the sales team
Expand market share in Home & Kitchen and Mother & Baby products
Analyze market trends and competitors and report insights to management
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:
Proven experience in FMCG and capillary/distribution sales
Experience managing and building sales teams
Familiarity with Home & Kitchen and Mother & Baby markets
