- To support the sales team to obtain the desirable objectives of the company and place motivations in the team members
-To introduce the achievable goals and targets to the sales agents
- To find key customers
- To enable the sales expert to achieve desirable goals
- To report the sales activities
- To establish long term business relationships with key customers
- To be able to determine the discount rates and pricing schedules
Requirements
- Master degree in Marketing (Preferred)/ Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant majors
- Full English knowledge (in all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- At least 5 years experiences in food industries
