The Role responsibilities are as hereunder;
- To be able to handle the company's distributors and obtain the desirable and the required market target
-To be able to promote the sales by taking into consideration the budget and effective plans
- To support the sales team to obtain the desirable objectives of the company and place motivations in the team members
-To introduce the achievable goals and targets to the sales agents
- To find key customers
- To be able to promote the company's brands
- To enable the sales expert to achieve desirable goals
- To report the sales activities weekly
- To establish long term business relationships with key customers
- To promote marketing strategy, and market targets
- Manage the recruitment of sales staffs and to be able to supervise them
- To specify the competitors in the potential market
- To be able to determine the discount rates and pricing schedules
- To prepare the budgets and consider the budget expenditures
- To be well acquainted with online sales & orders
Requirements
- University degree: BA in marketing or MBA or any other relative fields
- Relative experience: at least 5 years as sales manager in trading companies (import & capillary distribution) & B2B sale
- Age: 28-40
- Gender: Male or Female
- Residence: Tehran
- Fundamental knowledge of supply chain, logistics and trade finance
- Client oriented, achievements of good outcome and fast and good learner of sales issues
- To be expert in Word, Excel, & graphic design software (working knowledge) + CRM & working with automation
