Job Description

We are a reliable company producing melt aids, additives, and flux materials for steel factories all over Iran. 

Roles:

• Recommend service and product improvements to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of objectives through individual recognition, performance reviews, people management, and rewards.
• Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding staff.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
• Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
• Set sales goals by forecasting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and regions.
• Plan to achieve individual and divisional goals in line with company strategies and policies.
