Job Description

Modema is the only producer of two-layer carpets that can be washed in a washing machine. A leading product that has been registered as a national invention and is completely industrially produced and sold and exported online. Modema Group invites a capable Sales Manager to cooperate.

Roles:

Developing sales strategies and presenting sales development plans.
Supervising, controlling, team building, and leading the sales team.
Market analysis and competitor evaluation.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least five years of relevant work experience.
Strong public relations.
Familiarity with digital marketing to determine offline and online sales strategies.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to provide management reports.
Familiarity with the topics of contracts and commercial law.
Proficient in sales planning and determining standard KPIs for the sales unit.
Getting to know the basic principles of Bench Marketing.
Ability to work with CRM.
Ability to review and analyze Google Analytics GA4 to review website entries in advertising campaigns.
Ability to work with tools similar to Optimove to analyze customers and increase conversion rates.
