● Planning, routing, and targeting. ● Achieving team targets. ● Market analysis and customer identification. ● Assessing the performance and examining the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and current sellers, their training, and development. ● Developing and implementing sales strategies in accordance with the organization's policies. ● Targeting and planning. ● Achieving the goals of implementing and controlling capillary sales programs. ● Carrying out intra-organizational correspondence.

Requirements

● At least five years of sales management experience in the FMCG field. ● Ability to lead and guide the team. ● Familiarity with Tehran markets, capillary sales, and sales routes. ● Ability to prepare and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. ● Proficient in capillary marketing and sales principles. ● Capable in designing and implementing sales strategies. ● Very high public relations and strong expression skills. ● At least Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing. ● Age range: 35 to 45 years old.
