- Managing the sales department including managing the sales team, setting up sales structure, assigning responsibilities and tracking achievements.
- Providing sales forecast in a timely manner for product procurement.
- In depth understanding of the market, competition products, and Paliz products to be able to analyze, compare and make recommendations to the customers.
- Guiding the marketing department in preparation of the material required for advancement of sales
- Thorough and timely completion of all documentation including invoices, following up on orders, shipments, and payments in coordination with financial department.
- Affable personality to be able to establish strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Planning and prioritizing orders to be sent.
- Being in contact with agents and customers on a regular basis.
- Preparing a daily / weekly / monthly report on sales performance as necessary.
- Approaching new potential customers and establishing relationship.
Requirements
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in agricultural engineering.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in agriculture industry.
- Advanced agricultural knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong business relationships.
