Job Summary:

As a sales manager for Datamars Products at Farmex.ae, a prominent brand in the UAE, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Datamars and Farmex; an innovative range of products and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Datamars products and solutions, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
  • Create and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

Product Customization:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities for product customization or enhancements based on customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with technical experts to address customer-specific requirements.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and product positioning.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Customer Support:

  • Offer post-sale support to customers, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to deliver exceptional service.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and coordinate sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Able to speak English fluently.
  • Ready for working at our offices in other countries (United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of Datamars products and the Smart farming industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM - Salesforce) is beneficial.
