Designing and implementing marketing strategies to increase marketing share and attract new customers. Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers, answering their questions and needs. Preparing and presenting business proposals to customers and following up negotiations. Collaborate with other departments such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure quality service delivery. Preparing sales and marketing reports and presenting them to managers for performance evaluation on a monthly basis. Participation in exhibitions and conferences in order to expand the communication network and introduce services. Monitor market and competitor changes and trends to keep sales strategies up to date.
