KTA's sales expert tries to encourage our customers, who are mostly well-known and with background manufacturers, to use KTA's services and products, to anticipate and predict their problems, before they become a problem. , recognize them, and solve them.

Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls with potential customers and identify potential projects.
  • Manage and supervise sub-group customers.
  • Plan short-term and long-term goals to increase sales and expand the circle of customers.
  • Coordinate the appointment to visit the project, workshops, and factories and coordinate the sending of product samples.
  • Coordinate customers to visit the showroom and create an opportunity for a face-to-face meeting at the company's office.
  • Sign contracts with customers.
  • Establish effective and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Review, measure, and improve customer engagement.
  • Follow up on key customer issues with other company departments to ensure the resolution of issues.
  • Plan to improve the result of cooperation with customers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business to educate key customers.
  • Create the necessary reports to present to the direct manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably, in Chemistry, Marketing, or Management. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in related fields.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Engine and Excel.
  • High self-confidence and strong public relations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Passion to communicate with customers and solve their problems.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Patience, calmness, and eagerness to learn.
  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Sales experience in the construction industry and raw materials.
