Objective of the role:
Increase inquiries and potential tenders regarding oil, gas and petrochemical instrument and equipment.
List of responsibilities:
- Meet company clients and update client resources to acquire suitable inquiries and tenders
- Technical review and clarification of the instrument and equipment requested
- Follow up clients to get technical and commercial approval
- Follow up ordering steps and MRS of delivered goods
- Negotiate and finalize orders with clients
- Issue sales documents as technical and commercial offer and also Proforma invoice
- Follow up financial settlements with clients
- Recognize potential tenders and issue and fill tenders documents and forms.
Reporting to: Managing Director. Length of Probation Period: 1 Month. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM . Travel requirements: Twice a year. Gross Monthly Base Salary: Negotiable. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: 1% Sales commission.
Requirements
Requirements University Qualifications: University degree in mechanical engineering.
Nature and length of previous experience: 5 Years of experience in related field.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Computer Skills: Experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Having good knowledge of ICDL.
- Having good knowledge regarding common use instrument and equipment in oil, gas and petrochemical companies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal competence and presentation skills
