Job Description

Behdasht Kar, a producer of baby formula, invites qualified people to work full-time to complete its marketing team.

• Collaborating with other teams within the organization in preparing product and technical development plans.
• Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your actions and analyzing the results.
• Collaborating with the sales unit to develop strategic joint activities.
• Participating in developing individual and collective goals (OKR) and performance indicators (KPI) of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Industry, Chemistry, Paramedicine, Management, or other related fields.
• Work experience in sales and marketing.
• Ability to provide scientific and specialized explanations to specialist doctors.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and food marketing work.
• Ability to manage the sales and marketing team.
