- Collaborating with other teams within the organization in preparing product and technical development plans.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of your actions and analyzing the results.
- Collaborating with the sales unit to develop strategic joint activities.
- Participating in developing individual and collective goals (OKR) and performance indicators (KPI) of the sales team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Food Industry, Chemistry, Paramedicine, Management, or other related fields.
- Work experience in sales and marketing.
- Ability to provide scientific and specialized explanations to specialist doctors.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical and food marketing work.
- Ability to manage the sales and marketing team.
