List of responsibilities:
- Identify and classify current customers , Identify potential purchasing capacity of current customers - Calling missed customers and Discover the reason for their disconnection with the company and solve the problems between them and company
- Conduct market research and Classify required information
- Create and STP development and new market classification
- Develop marketing strategy to increase sales
- Identify competitors' marketing strategies and Create a competitive advantage
- Plan to create sales promotions
- Develop a marketing plan
- Create digital marketing channel
- Supervise the work of subordinate units
- Hiring and firing his/her subordinates in coordination with the CEO
- Submit sales report to the CEO periodically
Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm and Thursday from 8 am to 2 pm.
Travel requirements: maybe sometimes to finalize sales
Gross Monthly Base Salary: Net 3 million Toomans monthly
Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Yes, negotiable
Requirements
- University Qualifications: PhD or Master of Marketing Management , DBA , MBA.
- Other certifications obtained: ICDL , Management.
- Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years experience of marketing management.
- Specialist knowledge: Negotiation , Financial analysis .
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork , Leadership .
