Job Description

  • Design and implement long-term plans to develop sales of pharmaceutical products.
  • Determine key sales indicators in different periods and regularly monitor their realization.
  • Lead and guide the sales team by reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate market data and competitor activities to discover new and high-potential business opportunities.
  • Establish and expand effective relationships with key stakeholders, including medical centers, pharmacies, doctors, and distribution companies.
  • Participate in planning and implementing marketing and communication projects in cooperation with the branding unit.
  • Develop the professional skills of sales team members by implementing targeted training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory standards and regulations of upstream institutions for all activities.
  • Compile analytical reports on sales performance and present them to management levels.
  • Manage financial resources related to the sales process and optimize costs.
  • Actively participate in specialized forums, exhibitions, and relevant meetings to strengthen strategic communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Management.
  • At least ten years of experience in selling pharmaceutical products.
  • Understanding of prescription processes and ability to implement scientific sales techniques.
  • Ability to analyze pharmaceutical market conditions and familiarity with its competitive structure.
  • High skills in effective communication, analytical thinking, leading large teams, and public speaking.
  • Significant knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution network and influential doctors in the market.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Willingness to travel and manage teams based in different regions.
  • Acceptable knowledge of English.
