Job Description

● Research and develop new formulas/products and apply innovative methods to improve existing products. ● Take an active involvement in reviewing and analyzing the performance of current/new products or processes whilst actively seeking solutions to optimize/improve current/new products or processes. ● Arrange the testing of products to ensure that they meet quality standards. ● Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers. ● Coordinate the projects at the laboratory and pilot plant levels. ● Interaction with other departments such as QC, supply chain, procurement, marketing as a part of the product development process. ● Delivery of products to marketing and tracking of market test results.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in R&D within the food/beverage industry with a good understanding of product development steps. ● Excellent time management with the ability to work independently. ● Good knowledge of food quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards. ● Advanced English language proficiency. ● Age range: 30 to 40 years old.
