Job Description
● Research and develop new formulas/products and apply innovative methods to improve existing products.
● Take an active involvement in reviewing and analyzing the performance of current/new products or processes whilst actively seeking solutions to optimize/improve current/new products or processes.
● Arrange the testing of products to ensure that they meet quality standards.
● Select raw materials and other ingredients from suppliers.
● Coordinate the projects at the laboratory and pilot plant levels.
● Interaction with other departments such as QC, supply chain, procurement, marketing as a part of the product development process.
● Delivery of products to marketing and tracking of market test results.
