R&Development Expert

Job Description

The research and development expert is responsible for the implementation of scientific and technical activities related to the development of new products and the improvement of existing products. The main duties in this position include the following:
• Reviewing and analyzing articles, scientific resources and patents related to the company's field of activity
• Identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends in the medical equipment industry
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and product development opportunities
• Design, implementation and evaluation of research and development projects in coordination with related units
• Cooperation with production, quality control, commercial and quality assurance units in the process of product development and launch
• Compilation and writing of instructions, technical specifications and documents related to projects
• Providing technical and analytical reports of the results of studies and projects

*Eligibility Conditions:
• At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of medical engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields
• Mastery of scientific search and analysis of articles (ScienceDirect, PubMed, etc.)
• Familiarity with the product development process and market research principles
• Skill in writing technical instructions and documentation
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate between different units
