About the Company:
Aria Pharmed Sepehr is a leading company specializing in the production, import, and distribution of disposable medical equipment. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Supervisor for our factory located in Mamounieh Industrial Town.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising production processes and teams.
- Planning production schedules based on defined goals and timelines.
- Ensuring product quality aligns with company standards.
- Collaborating with other teams, including quality control and logistics.
- Preparing and presenting periodic reports to senior management.
Markazi:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Production Management, or other related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in production management.
- Familiarity with production processes in the medical equipment industry is an advantage.
- Strong skills in time management, team leadership, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Preference will be given to local candidates.
