Research and Development Expert

Job Description

Your Role:
• Develop base formulations and applications for the beverage sector is part of your challenging role
• Provide expert advice on existing products and new product concepts, handling internal and external inquiries and selecting suitable raw materials
• Independently produce samples of our products
• Support new and ongoing customer projects as part of a strong team, and independently coordinate customer workshops
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the respective market segments, contributing to the implementation of new trends
• Ensure compliance with food regulatory aspects in your role
• Utilize your expertise to support technical and operational tasks during scale-up processes and in our pilot plant

Your Profile:
• Experience in product development, especially in the production, development, and marketing of beverages/foods
• Successfully completed studies in Food science technology, beverage technology, food technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician)
• Familiarity with the ingredients and technologies used in your F&B area
• You are known for your dynamic and results-oriented approach to tackling challenges
• You demonstrate a positive and innovative personality
• Possess an organized and detail-oriented work style, complemented by team spirit and strong communication skills
• You have experience in working with SAP
• Fluent in English
