Job Description

The industrial research and development expert is responsible for identifying new technologies, products and solutions that can be supplied in EPC projects and oil, gas, petrochemical, power plant and industrial industries in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE. This position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in developing the product portfolio, evaluating new suppliers, analyzing the technical specifications of projects and creating a competitive advantage for the company.

This role combines technical analysis, market research, vendor development and strategic support to engineering sales teams.

Main tasks:
Monitoring new technologies and products in industrial markets
Analyzing the needs of EPC projects and proposing innovative solutions
Identification and evaluation of new domestic and foreign vendors
Checking Datasheet and Spec of new equipment
Development of the company's product portfolio in the fields of precision instruments, electricity, mechanics and HSE
Cooperation with the sales team to provide new technical solutions to the client
Analysis of competitors and technological advantages
Preparation of R&D reports for CEO
Technical support in negotiations with manufacturers
Proposing localization or substitution of products
Cooperation in the initial testing of new equipment if needed
Attending exhibitions and specialized industrial events

Eligibility conditions
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (precision instruments, electrical, mechanical or industrial)
At least 4 years of relevant experience in the field of technical or industrial equipment supply
Ability to analyze technical specifications of equipment
Relative proficiency in English
Research spirit combined with business outlook
Ability to prepare analytical reports for management
Ability to communicate with external vendors
Direct reporting to the CEO

Familiarity with the following is required:
Instrumentation equipment, industrial electricity, mechanics and HSE
Structure of EPC projects
Datasheet and technical documents of the equipment
Industrial market analysis
Vendor evaluation
Cooperation with engineering sales team
New product introduction process

It is an advantage:
Work experience in EPC companies or supplying industrial equipment
Vendor Development experience
Familiarity with industrial standards (IEC, ISO, API, ASME, etc.)
Experience in analyzing emerging industrial technologies
