Job Description

Description of duties:
Researching market trends and new technologies
Analyzing competitors and making product/service improvement suggestions
Participation in the design and development of new products or processes
Conducting technical and economic feasibility studies
Close cooperation with technical, production, marketing and sales units
Documenting research results and providing analytical reports to management
Qualifying conditions:
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of research and development
Ability to analyze data and prepare specialized reports
Familiarity with market research and product development methods
Creative thinking, problem solving and teamwork spirit
Familiarity with analytical and research software is an advantage
