Job Description

  • Take ownership in leading the relationship with authorities (stakeholder management).
  • Negotiate with MOH as well as CPPO authorities for price proposals/price increases.
  • Cooperate with the regulatory and public affairs manager to improve the company’s level of compliance with the WHO code and local codes and regulations in the marketing of breastfeeding substitutes.
  • Supervise the daily tasks of the regulatory team to get the jobs done in the right way and within the leading time (including the clearance process of raw materials and finished goods/labeling (coding of the products as well as the artwork of labels)/IRCs (apply and extension)/PLs (Product License (apply and extension)/and currency allocation).

Requirements

  • Pharmacists or other relevant educational background (Medicine/Paramedicine).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a technical expert of a nutrition or pharmaceutical company; 3 years of managerial experience in a relevant field.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Management System Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO FSSC 22000, Food Safety Standards, HACCP, etc).
  • Fluent in Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance.
