Job Description

Almas Kavir Carpet Company (Kerman Carpet), one of the leading brands in the carpet industry and luxury interior decoration products, in order to develop and optimize the performance of its branches throughout Kasho, invites an experienced, professional and result-oriented regional manager to cooperate.
This job position is for people who have the ability to manage multiple branches, lead sales teams, implement brand standards and achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction at the same time.

Expected personality traits and skills:
At least 5 years of related work experience in the field of sales and supervision and management of branches/stores is required.
Age and gender: Male, minimum 30, maximum 45
Inspirational leader with the ability to motivate multiple teams
Has a result-oriented attitude and focus on achieving quantitative and qualitative goals
Capable of analyzing data and making decisions based on information
Strong communication, professional demeanor and high negotiation skills
Accuracy, work discipline and commitment to brand principles
If you do not have relevant education, relevant work experience is approved.
