Job Description

Job Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process to ensure timely hiring across the organization and holding companies.
Manage, prioritize, and monitor hiring requests from business units and develop recruitment timelines.
Supervise the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to final hiring.
Conduct and lead interviews for managerial and key positions across the holding and participate in final hiring decisions.
Monitor the performance of the Talent Acquisition team, analyze recruitment KPIs, and provide management reports and process improvement recommendations.
Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Develop and manage recruitment channels, talent pipelines, candidate databases, and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure the quality and consistency of candidate assessment, interviewing, and selection processes in line with organizational standards.
Analyze recruitment data and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
Plan and oversee participation in career fairs, recruitment events, and collaborations with universities and recruitment agencies.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
At least 2 years of experience in leading or supervising a recruitment team.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, competency-based interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques.
Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Experience in analyzing HR metrics and preparing management reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of leading a high-performing team.
