Plan, lead, and oversee recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource development processes to support the workforce needs of the organization and holding.
Manage, prioritize, and monitor recruitment requests from business units and develop workforce acquisition plans.
Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requirement definition, job posting, screening, assessment, interviews, and final selection.
Conduct and lead competency-based interviews for key and managerial positions and participate in final hiring decisions.
Design, improve, and standardize recruitment, assessment, and selection processes in line with organizational standards.
Develop and manage recruitment channels, talent pools, employer branding initiatives, and relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and career centers.
Analyze recruitment and HR metrics (KPIs), prepare management reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with department managers to identify employee development needs and design improvement plans.
Participate in designing and implementing performance management processes, employee evaluations, and development feedback mechanisms.
Support talent identification initiatives, talent development programs, and succession planning processes.
Assist in designing career paths, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and employee retention initiatives.
Analyze training and development needs and collaborate on preparing employee development programs.
Develop, review, and improve HR processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to recruitment and employee development.
Lead, coach, and evaluate Recruitment & Development team members and ensure effective execution of HR processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resource development.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising or managing recruitment/HR teams.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, competency-based interviews, assessment techniques, and selection methods.
Familiarity with performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee development programs.
Ability to analyze HR data, prepare management reports, and provide improvement solutions.
Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
High level of ownership, follow-through, leadership capability, and decision-making skills.
