● Develop the goals and quality plan of the quality control unit and propose it to factory management.
● Effort to achieve quality goals and programs and reporting to senior management.
● Collaborate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them.
● Documentation of management system and product such as development of quality control forms, instructions and related implementation methods.
● Determine the training needs of employees and notifying the training unit.
● Attend management review meetings and raise issues related to the quality control unit.
● Prepare a list of measuring and testing equipment.
● Preparation of inspection program and calibration of monitoring and measurement equipment.
● Coordinate the sending of calibration equipment for calibration and negotiation with the relevant external parties.
● Monitor the calibration results of measuring equipment.
Requirements
● Related work experience of at least 5 years.
● Fluent on the requirements of the food and drug administration and standards in the food and beverage industry.
● Fluent in national and international standards in the drinking water industry
● Fluent in management standards.
● Master the principles of quality control in the food industry, especially the drinking water industry.
● Fluent in the method of testing and testing drinking water.
● Familiarity with statistical quality control tools and data analysis.
● Familiarity with HACCP standard and ISO 22000.
● Familiarity with documenting and document control.
● Familiarity with GMP requirements in the food industry.
● Familiarity with pest control and control methods.
● Master the internal audit process.
