**Job Description**
Relevant experience in quality control and quality management within food manufacturing is required. Experience in confectionery, chocolate, and sweet baked goods manufacturing is an advantage.
1. Lead and oversee the factory’s quality control system for raw materials, packaging materials, production processes, and finished products, ensuring the effective implementation of quality standards, procedures, and control plans.
2. Manage, lead, and develop the quality control team by planning activities, monitoring employee performance, strengthening technical capabilities, and ensuring the consistent and effective implementation of quality requirements across the factory.
3. Monitor production quality performance and key quality indicators to identify adverse trends, reduce waste and nonconforming products, and prevent recurring issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
4. Lead the management of nonconformities, customer complaints, product returns, and corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the disposition of nonconforming products, identify root causes, define corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
5. Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements, including HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, hygiene requirements, allergen management, product traceability, equipment calibration, and audits. Collaborate effectively with Production, Research and Development, and Procurement to drive continuous quality improvement.
**Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), problem-solving techniques, management of nonconforming products, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), HACCP, and food safety principles.
- Ability to analyze quality data, monitor and evaluate quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and prepare and present management reports that support informed decision-making.
