Job overview: Maya Zist Farayand is belongs to Padideh Shimi Paydar. Maya Zist Farayand seeking for Production expert for a pharmaceutical factory (API and finish dosage). Production expert is responsible to provide microbial fermentation and related downstream process to the Production Supervisor. Job description: ● Responsible for doing Fermentation products. ● Fermentation products inoculum preparation. ● Fermentation of bacterial or yeasts (process running and control). ● Harvesting by continuous centrifuge. ● Freeze drying process. ● Cleaning and sterilization of process vessel and etc. (manual and automated). ● IPC tests. ● Documentation.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry. ● At least 2 years of working experience in Biotechnology field (in production, QC, R&D dept.). ● Good knowledge of production of biological products, fermentation, freeze drying, IPC tests and documentation. ● Knowledge and practice of aseptic process, GMP, cleanroom, documents. ● Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. ● Being familiar with IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001). ● Good reading and writing (English). ● Teamwork spirit and responsibility. ● Strong problem-solving ability.
