Job Description

• Identify organizational processes and define monitoring and measurement indicators within the production unit and in coordination with other departments; propose improvement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the management system.
• Prepare accurate and analytical reports on key production performance indicators (KPIs).
• Plan production and raw materials, schedule shifts, and supervise daily production operations in line with the Integrated Business Plan, in coordination with other departments.
• Collaborate in developing product quality plans, including production procedures, quality control, and product handling/storage.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to eliminate actual or potential non-conformities.
• Review the results of monitoring and measurement of production-related processes and take necessary actions to improve productivity and optimization; identify production bottlenecks, implement continuous improvement projects, and reduce operational overhead costs.
• Supervise production-related contractors with respect to product-related requirements.
• Continuously monitor the production of quality products in accordance with the approved production plan.
• Continuously supervise the performance, maintenance, and repair activities of production machinery and equipment.
• Oversee inbound and outbound goods to/from the production unit.
• Ensure proper implementation of established standards for various production processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and HSE requirements.
