Job Description
Job Mission:
To lead and manage all activities related to product manufacturing by establishing and organizing the necessary systems and processes for the launch, development, and continuous improvement of production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize, direct, and supervise the performance of production and technical teams to achieve defined goals and operational plans.
• Oversee and ensure the full implementation of all relevant and required processes, including maintenance, workplace health and safety standards, repairs, 5S, and related procedures.
• Manage and plan required capacities, particularly in the areas of workforce and machinery.
• Supervise the overall production process and enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the development, implementation, and monitoring of production KPIs and related processes.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• Gender: Preferably male.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of production management, particularly in the food industry.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in production, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Working proficiency in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build constructive relationships across departments.
• Operational mindset with a proactive approach in the production environment.
• Eager to learn and committed to continuous self-development and team development.
Candidates with experience in essential goods industries will be given priority.
