Job Description

● Annual, quarterly and monthly forecast of mature and new launch products. ● Business case preparation to be presented to product selection committee. ● Tactical plan and strategy setting (annual) to create profitable improvement. ● Accelerated plan (according to unpredictable situation). ● Set budget and control resources (annual, quarterly, and monthly). ● Key message creation according to present tense need. ● Close relation with sales and medical to be informed regarding any demand or decision. ● Event coordination. ● Promotion materials preparation according to team need (providing atelier with the main idea). ● Gifts selection and order aligned with the budget. ● KOL relation. ● Field data gathering. ● Association relation to negotiating regarding contracts agreement. ● Full interaction with different units such as travel desk, branding, finance, purchasing, IT, regulatory, and BD. ● Planning of multi-channel marketing content.

Requirements

● 5 years of experience in pharma, and around 2 years of experience in oncology. ● Fluent in English. ● Having a creative mind and strategic thinking. ● Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Having teamwork spirit. ● Having persuasive language. ● Flexibility and meeting deadlines. ● Analytical mind.
