As a Senior Product Manager overseeing the General Insurance Portfolio at Bimeh Bazar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and execution of our diverse lines of business, which typically include personal and commercial insurance products such as life, health, property, and microinsurance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact products, thriving in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. This role requires strategic product leadership, exceptional execution, and the ability to embrace a zero-to-one mindset, making critical, data-informed decisions while driving measurable outcomes amidst the inherent complexity and chaos of a growing, diversified product space.



Responsibilities:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the General Insurance Portfolio, encompassing multiple and diverse insurance product types.
Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept, particularly taking complex opportunities from 'zero' through to initial implementation and scaled adoption ('one').
Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap, maintaining flexibility and prioritizing effectively across multiple, distinct product lines.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the unique performance of each product in the portfolio, informing future development and strategic pivots.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and challenges with exceptional clarity to all stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, and commercial teams, leveraging excellent communication skills to influence decisions and align disparate teams around shared goals.
Champion the voice of the customer by actively seeking user feedback and incorporating it into the product development process, adapting quickly to new market insights.
Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, exploring new ideas and technologies to drive product improvements across the entire portfolio.


Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products, with a strong emphasis on a zero-to-one mindset and building in ambiguous problem spaces.
Experience managing or contributing to a portfolio of diverse insurance products, ideally in FinTech or InsurTech, with a focus on non-car insurance products (e.g., life, health, property).
Deep understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions in high-ambiguity situations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible, handle ambiguity, and deal with chaos, adapting strategies quickly in a dynamic, evolving market.
Experience with user research methodologies, customer feedback analysis, and proficiency in A/B testing and experimental design.
