Job Description

● Plan, organize direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the production department. ● Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor, and equipment to meet production targets. ● Supervise the good division of labor in the activities of the lines appropriate to the personnel and machines. ● Continuous monitor of quantitative and qualitative production of products. ● Develop production schedules according to planning department plans ● Develop production reporting procedures ● Follow-up and plan in order to supply the required materials of the production line in a timely manner. ● Manage and supervise human resources due to the production department. ● Provide and update the related documents. ● Prepare production reports and send them to the main recipients. ● Determine quality control standards. ● Control production and packaging process. ● Prepare reports about production processes for upper management and suggests ways to improve efficiency.
