Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Gather and analyze market insights to support long-term product marketing strategies.
Coordinate effectively with advertising agencies to develop marketing materials in line with brand strategy.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful execution of projects and achievement of business goals.
Work alongside the Medical team to develop scientific and educational content for healthcare professionals, sales teams, pharmacies, and consumers.
Monitor project progress and ensure proper evaluation throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prepare product support documentation and business justification plans.
Conduct product training sessions for sales and distribution teams.
Analyze product market performance and provide actionable insights to Marketing Management to facilitate decision-making and product positioning.
Enhance brand awareness and shape a positive brand image among physicians, pharmacies, and consumers based on defined strategies.
Execute marketing campaigns to create synergy between sales and marketing activities.
Continuously monitor product performance and evaluate outcomes.
Collect customer and market feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure product alignment with business goals and expected quality standards.
Act as a communication bridge between technical, marketing, sales, and support teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate product strategy across teams.

Qualifications:
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a strong advantage.
