● Competitors' price monitoring, price offer for new products, and review of product profitability.
● Review the statistical trends of customers' purchases and provide appropriate solutions to improve the sales process.
● Investigate customer complaints and handle them, transferring quality problems to the factory.
● Introduce the product to key customers.
● Introduce business plans to the sales team.
● Prepare statistical and analytical management reports.
● Coordinate events and training sessions for customers.
● Review new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, and marketing activities of competitors.
● Review the sales trend of the product group, and coverage percentage, and identify sales growth potentials.
● Plan, control, and manage to achieve the weighted goals of the product group.
● Develop sales of frozen and tetra pack B2C line products in food and confectionary sales teams.
● Develop sales of sterile confectionery food and confectionary in the export line.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, Management, or Business.
● Preferably with 5 years of experience in the Food and Confectionary (FMCG) industry.
● Military service must be done.
● Problem-solving ability.
