Job Description

● Carry out portfolio management affairs of the downstream deputy. ● Provide portfolio performance and performance report (financial and physical progress report). ● Ensure the proper performance and return of the portfolio in profitability and its alignment with the holding strategy. ● Project planning at any stage of the investment, including feasibility studies. ● Market and identify investment opportunities. ● Develop and expand the business by searching for new projects/opportunities and new potential opportunities. ● Preparation of pre-evaluation documents and tenders. ● Develop and extend downstream strategy. ● Monitor and enforce related laws and legal requirements and policies. ● Carry out market studies in the relevant industry, reputable publications, business events, competitor analysis, and news indicating growth ideas, new markets, and new customer needs. ● Offer financing options. ● Collaborate in managing project risks and changes. ● Supervise the planning and sales contracts of the group companies. ● Draw the initial plan of the project, drawing the block diagram of the process flow. ● Prepare a schedule for refinery and petrochemical projects. ● Review and supervision of contracts. ● Approve and monitor phasing and interdependencies in projects. ● Ensure the progress of projects in accordance with the plan and budget. ● Prepare a vendor list. ● Risk management and changes in projects. ● Prepare and update the list of approved suppliers. ● Evaluate the performance of suppliers of non-project companies.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering fields (on an equal footing with graduates of downstream industry-related engineering majors who have a degree in project management or control or those with a PfMP degree are preferred). ● At least 7 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
