Job Description

  • Plan project management activities.
  • Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
  • Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes.
  • Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Document the project’s requirements, creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification.
  • Support the coordination and management of projects.
  • Contribute to the planning and development of projects, develop plans and schedules, estimate resource requirements, define milestones and deliverables, monitor and control activities, and budget control.
  • Keep track of and report on project progress.
  • Maintain project lessons learned.
  • Maintain risk and issue log.


  • Full knowledge SCRUM mastery of Agile SCRUM methodology and Project Management methodology knowledge (PMBOK).
  • Full knowledge of PMO tools (required: JIRA) and ability to create full project processes (software products, processes, marketing, and business) and dependent tasks with their progress status.
  • Working experience in IT projects is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience in PMO.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities.
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities.
  • Self-management and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving skills.
