● Creating and updating operational guidelines and procedures. ● Determining key performance indicators. ● Auditing existing processes in the organization. ● Ensuring the correct implementation of the requirements of the quality management system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or an MBA graduate. ● At least three years of work experience in the field of project evaluation, control, and supervision in reputable companies, preferably in the banking and e-commerce industry. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Ability to communicate effectively. ● Excellent expression technique. ● Proficient in English. ● Getting to know the principles and basics of project planning and control and the PMBOK standard. ● Proficient in statistical analysis, and economic estimation of projects. ● Proficient in project control and management software, Primavera, and MS Project. ● Ability to write reports. ● Ability to prepare analytical and periodical reports with the aim of controlling and monitoring the organization's strategic goals.
