Job Description

● Prepare the WBS project based on the contract and work items and approve it with the monitoring device and the employer to monitor the activities. ● Prepare reports and justification files for the realization of the program in the relevant time period (technical justification of the presented program), which includes analysis of manpower, machinery, required materials, and the like. ● Prepare the human resources histogram of Direct and Indirect sections for each discipline and cumulative and project machinery. ● File creation (PMS (Progress Measurement System to prepare the percentage of project progress) progress measurement system). ● Determine the variance or standard deviation of the project with the initial goals of the approved program. ● Prepare internal formats for manpower reports and machines and daily activities performed separately for each discipline and presenting to the units. ● Collect daily reports of activities performed and manpower and machinery from the executive and administrative department (manpower). ● Prepare a daily report to be presented to the employer and the monitoring device in the formats approved by the employer. ● Prepare a weekly or bi-weekly report to be presented to the employer and the monitoring device in formats approved by the employer. ● Hold internal meetings between the experts of different sections of the workshop and follow up on the clauses inserted in the minutes for their realization. ● Register and follow up the items of the minutes of the internally arranged meetings and the meetings held with the employer. ● Prepare a monthly report in the form of a booklet including the overall and monthly schedule for this month and next month. ● Visit the site and take photos of the project progress stages on a daily basis.
