
Job Description
-Provide prompt and timely outpatient primary care treatment to the sick and injured
-Arrange for appropriate medical referrals for patients who require specialist treatment. Concerning work-related incidents, reporting, classification, and the issuance of medical leave should adhere to company procedure
-Conduct pre-employment health assessment on selected candidates according to the pre-employment health questionnaire
-Assist Fitness for Work health assessment for company personnel working at the Yadavaran production sites
-Develop and conduct the first aid training program and implement the medical evacuation drills
-Ensure that all medical equipment is functioning fully, calibrated, and that oxygen cylinders are fully charged at all times
-Provide adequate & right medicines for the clinic
-Develop and maintain a record of clinic attendance, disease patterns, and referrals
-Ensure the clinic is functioning effectively and has adequate medical supplies
-Ensure ambulance (including ambulance emergency equipment) is in working order and any defects are reported immediately
-Ensure a sufficient number of First Aiders are available at the worksite
-Ensure all First Aiders' certification is current
-Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Medical Emergency Response System (MERS) and to ensure that it can respond to a “worst-case scenario”
-Ensure the Medical Emergency Response Plan is in a state of readiness all the time and competencies of key personnel are maintained
-Ensure the ambulance is regularly maintained and is fully functioning on a 24 hr, 7-day-a-week basis. The ambulance is adequately supplied with all the required drugs, and all emergency medical equipment is fully functioning
-Ensure the clinic is in a state of readiness on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week basis
-Ensure the confidentiality of personal medical records is maintained at all times
-Submit inspection record summary (with recommendations for improvement) to QHSE routinely
-Diagnose and decide about the proper treatment of patients based on their best interests and available medical facilities
-Prepare reports on work-related incidents within a specified time limit
-Decide about medical evacuation and arrange it
*Requirements:
-Licensed to practice medicine in Iran.
-5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in emergency medicine. Knowledge of food hygiene would be an advantage
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Computer literate
