Job Description

  • Plan and maintain MD's calendar and recurring tasks.
  • Act as 'a follow-up manager' across the board and senior leadership team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed.
  • Act as the first point of contact between managers and internal/external clients via phone calls and other ways of communication.
  • Manage and organize diaries, and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Help the CEO carry out background research, source for information, and present findings when called upon.
  • Data management.
  • Maintain office systems.
  • Arrange travel, visa, hotel reservation, and sometimes travel with the CEO to take minutes of the meetings and provide assistance where needed.
