Job Description

Prepare KPIs for different levels of the organization.
Prepare management dashboards of KPIs.
Follow up and receive reports of performance indicators from different units.
Prepare analytical reports of the organization's performance management system and provide improvement solutions.

Requirements

Getting to know the principles and basics of performance evaluation and existing standards and models.
At least three years of relevant work experience in the field of performance evaluation in reputable companies, preferably in the PSP industry.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or an MBA graduate.
Teamwork spirit.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to write reports.
Proficient in statistical analysis, English, and ICDL.
