Job Description

  • To collect data and prepare HR scheduled and ad hoc reports or insights for different stakeholders.
  • To maintain KPI definition, reporting structures, insight access level, and communication rules according to agreed standards/SLAs.
  • To generate new insights for facilitating stakeholders' decision-making or supporting their process/projects by applying different tools and designing new queries/visuals/KPIs/dashboards, or initiating updates on available entities.
  • To conduct different employee surveys, asking for their opinion and feelings using different tools and techniques.
  • To analyze survey results and publish the insight to related stakeholders.
  • To maintain, update, and expand people analytics data sources and dashboards.
  • To collect data and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics by applying different tools and techniques.
  • To interpret any analysis or report provided by the team on any level for the stakeholders using a combination of HR, business, statistical, and mathematical knowledge.
  • To escalate any data quality problem to the owner and provide consultancy for corrective action if it was asked.
  • To collaborate with company strategy teams (including but not limited to the digital transformation committee, strategy and transformation, and finance planning) on any assigned activities required for drafting/updating company strategy and related materials.
  • To support the HR strategy lead specialist in collecting stakeholder input and material preparation (like analysis, benchmark, SWOT, Focus areas and priorities, etc.),
  • To provide consultancy to efforts for data governance/KPI design/report and dashboard design/survey design or analytical studies out of the PA team if it was asked.
  • To contribute to HR digital initiatives via providing consultancy on HR business requirement analysis and engagement with requesters and HR digital project manager/coordinator role in the design/delivery phase.
  • To support the implementation of the HR strategy annual cycle by providing the effectiveness report of the approved HR strategy to evaluate HR goals and priorities accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Management.
  • An MBA graduate or a Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization; with experience in supervising others.
  • Experience working in a medium organization.
