● Controlling employee recruitment decisions and performing service compensation calculations.
● Controlling the functional, efficient, welfare, and related employee compensation lists.
● Issuing, controlling, confirming, and archiving financial documents of the organization in the service compensation department.
● Handling, controlling, and validating financial documents in the service compensation department.
● Controlling the organization's accounts payable and following up on resolving discrepancies between accounts with employees.
● Receiving and maintaining guarantees related to the facilities paid to employees and returning to them after repayment of installments.
Requirements
● At least 3 years of related experience in the same field.
● Proficient in the concepts, processes, and standards of financial and accounting management.
● Adequate familiarity with tax laws, social security, promissory notes, and checks.
● Adequate familiarity with the contract process and contract matters.
● Relative skills in studying and evaluating financial reports.
● Mastery of labor laws.
● Proficiency in Excel and ability to create reports.
● Mastery of Rahkaran System Software (payroll).
