Job Description

● Prepare monthly timesheets, and set up and define new employees in the payroll system. ● Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations. ● Maintain and update payroll records. ● Calculate and control the monthly payments. ● Prepare and update all personnel contracts. ● Follow the personnel issues related to payroll and benefits. ● Provide cross-sectional personnel reports required by senior officials. ● Offer specific programs to help employees develop their competencies. ● Cooperate in developing human resource strategies.

Requirements

● Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. ● At least 4 years of experience related to HR development. ● Familiar with labor، insurance and tax laws. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Dominance with Kasra. ● Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. ● Enough knowledge about HR concepts and principles. ● Capability to make a synergic collaboration. Most important abilities and competencies that are expected: ● Innovation, agile thinking, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving, remarkable communication skills, analytical and critical thinking.
