Requirements
● Master's degree or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
● At least 4 years of experience related to HR development.
● Familiar with labor، insurance and tax laws.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
● Dominance with Kasra.
● Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
● Enough knowledge about HR concepts and principles.
● Capability to make a synergic collaboration.
