Job Description

● Calculate and prepare monthly performance reports and salaries of staff. ● Preparation of personnel reports: personnel statistics, leave balance, overtime, etc. ● Carry out matters related to termination of cooperation and settlement of personnel. ● Define new employees in the payroll system. ● Carry out the salaries of new employees. ● Update statistics and personnel information. ● Apply related changes in the payroll system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Computer and Accounting. ● Preferred gender: Male. ● Mastery of recruitment software, personnel and administrative contracts. ● Mastery of Office software, especially Excel. ● Familiar with labor and social security laws. ● Familiar with the personnel function control system. ● Familiar with PW Kara attendance software and function calculations. ● High analytical power and public relations. ● Familiarity with the ritual of writing administrative letters. ● Ability to work in difficult conditions. ● Ability to do teamwork.
