Job Description

● Investigate and follow up on problems encountered by patients during the drug access and procurement process. ● Respond to patients' calls and investigate problems that arise for them during the preparation of medication and treatment of the disease. ● Collaborate with scientific representatives and the marketing team to follow up on patients' problems. ● Complete the form of drug side effects and provide the necessary solutions to reduce drug side effects for patients. ● Follow-up and resolution of patients' problems during the process of drug preparation and treatment of the disease.

Requirements

● Familiarity with the principles of supervision. ● Familiarity with the process of cancer and the side effects of drugs used during chemotherapy. ● Familiarity with the principles and techniques of negotiation. ● Having relevant work experience. ● Ability to understand academic texts in English
