A leading trading company in the industrial equipment sector is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full order management cycle, coordinating with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and ensuring smooth communication across departments and with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, register, and follow up on orders with OEMs (manufacturing factories).
Coordinate daily with the commercial team, OEMs, and clients to monitor production and delivery status.
Manage receivables and follow up on outstanding payments (Cash Collection).
Issue and send Proforma Invoices to clients.
Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular warehouse reports.
Provide management with accurate reports on orders, shipments, and payment statuses.
Collaborate closely with sales, finance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure process alignment.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, order management, or supply chain
Solid understanding of OEM coordination and industrial procurement processes
Full proficiency in English (verbal, written, and professional correspondence)
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Excellent planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit
