ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities:
• Manage POS and activation logistics; ensure on time delivery.
• Track field compliance and coordinate with TPA on corrective actions.
• Manage activation vendors and budgets.
• Report on effectiveness and execution KPIs.
Requirements:
ᴧ Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Management
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: POS production management (print, digital assets, signage) and vendor coordination, Activation logistics planning (timelines, routing, freight, installation),In-store field compliance and QA processes, Budgeting and cost control for activations and vendor management, Vendor performance management and contract administration, KPI tracking for execution (on-time delivery, errors, rework rates),Trade activation playbooks and standard operating procedures, Inventory and asset management for activation materials, Cross-functional coordination with Sales and Distributions function, agencies, Sales, and Category Marketing, Quality assurance, inspection protocols, and issue resolution
ᴧ Experience: 2–3 years merchandising or sales support experience. Category relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
